Beyond difficult to install

I am an avid DIYer. This is the 5th set of bypass semi-frameless bypass shower doors I've installed, and by far the most difficult. In previous installs I've gone for Kohler doors, which come with good directions and quality materials. The ANZZI directions are unclear and poorly labeled. The materials run the gamut of just *ok* to downright cheap -- the plastic bypass guide looks destined to fail. The flange used to secure the fixed panel is poorly designed. Confusing

If you look at the community Q&A the company responds that the door requires 2-3/16" minimum threshold. However, when you receive the door it states in the instructions that is requires 3.15" minimum threshold. The company needs to decide which is the correct width because now i am forced to return the door.

Illegal Door

Failed inspection because the door is NOT engraved with the words "Tempered", this door should never have been sold in Arizona! Anzzi has given inferior support, they are going to send me stickers and a certification letter!! What a joke! I told them that would not be legal. Lowes customer service is willing to pickup the shower door but NOT reimburse me for the installation. Horrible!! Looks like I need to hire lawyers!!

Spontaneous explosion.

Installed these close to 2 years ago, in the middle of the night doing nothing different than normal while my family and I were sleeping the shower door spontaneously shattered. Not only did it create a massive mess but made me scared to use the other peice of glass that is still in tact because I have a toddler who showers with us. What would have happened if it did that while we were in the shower? NOT SAFE!

Ordered this item on Dec 8 but never arrived on the specified delivery window. Now they say that the scheduled delivery will be in few months. I initiated a return frow Lowes but will not get my refund until I received and return the item. Do not order from this company because if there is a problem, it is hard to deal with them.

Needs 3 inch threshold

Manual says it need 2 3/4 inch threshold but the divider track is 3 inches long so once it is installed it would stick out a 1/4 inch in to tub. That would be ok I guess but you have to have the wall jam adding another 1/4 inch so you need over 3 in threshold.

Very disappointed

My shipment is still at a processing center. I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks, they say it shipped out, that is a lie. The date of arrival is not accurate in fact except a 3 weeks delay at least. The location of the center is 10 minutes from my home. Now I have to go get it myself. The date of arrival is false. It’s not worth it.

Bad instructions, bad glass - Stellar

I bought two of these. The instructions stink and if you make a mistake due to bad instructions, you will have to pay for replacement parts, in my case $107.00 and they didn't even send the right pieces! I finally got the second door installed after getting parts, and the glass won't come clean. Half the door has weird cloudy ripples, on both doors. Bad instructions, ruined my shower

I hired people to install this. The instructions are useless. My shower is ruined from holes being drilled in the wrong places, they have to remove and replace tiles now and I can't even use my shower. This is a brand new and very expensive shower.

Water leaks between shower panels

I bought this door to remodel a house. Looked great but when we sold the house the buyers had an inspection and the inspector said the water proofing seal on the panels is not big enough and there is about a 1/2 gap between panels resulting in water leaking onto the bathroom floor. I called customer service and at first said that since it was installed I could not return it??!!! How can you know if a shower door leaks unless you install it. Terrible directions

Best thing about this shower door is the heavy glass. Shower doors won't stay closed. Directions absolutely suck. Probably the worst directions I've seen in a long time. Unless you've installed one of these before, keep shopping

Great look for a cheaper price.

Beautiful shower doors! I love the anti-fog glass and the thickness of the glass really gives a high end look.

Very Nice Door

We ended up not being able to use this door because our shower threshold was too thin and you need at least ~3" threshold for install. But, I really liked it - the hardware was quality and it came nicely packaged. I ended up getting a different door from the same company.

Canceled order

I contacted Lowe’s to cancel the order shortly after I placed the order. I spent over a hour on the phone and got transferred three times. Finally they told me they couldn’t cancel it because I asked for delivery so I had to contact the manufacture. I contacted the manufacturer and spent a hour on the phone with them to be told they couldn’t cancel the order. Terrible customer service

The product is not the issue but the customer service of Lowe’s is terrible!
