Unfortunately, the piece arrived with a spec of white paint on the inside of the glass of the fireplace that is unable to be removed. However, customer service quickly responded to my inquiry about it and gave me a respectable offer.

Garbage - broke after 3 months
Heating element went out after just 3 months. And the way the fireplace is designed makes it difficult or impossible to service. Very, very disappointed.

Did an online order for this,it arrived on time and wasn't damaged. Husband said it was easy to put together. Looks very pretty and heats our living room nicely,can fit up to a 70 inch TV, only complaint would be the cheapness of the materials for it.

Would RecommendThe fireplace arrived very well packed for protection. My only complaint is the hour assembly time. Its closer to 2-3 hrs. It is nice qualiy for the money and works as described. I would recommend this item to others.

Would RecommendGreat end product for price. Hard to screw fireplace portion into the media center. Gap was very small you need small hands or a long screwdriver.

Would RecommendEasy to put together and looks great! I love the remote to work the fireplace, it is what led us to buy this fireplace over others. Only reason I rated 4 instead of a 5 is that the top had a chip in the back corner and it appeared to be glued back on.

Would RecommendVery sturdy and looks great! Set up was easy if you follow directions. Only complaint is the remote was cracked on the back when we opened it but it works fine and cant really tell. Love the look. Bought it for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it and she is using often this winter. I am glad we chose this after shopping around for weeks.
