Shipping Company is terrible. Dropped & left.

The product went together with a little bit of time. The directions were great.

Easiest diy instructions I have ever used.

Better than expected!!

Love the product and it works well.

This product did take 2 people to assemble as recommended. There were step by step directions, with everything labeled very well. The directions were easy to follow. The product is exactly as expected and very sturdy and well made. The electric fireplace is beautiful and works well.

Great TV Stand

We had been interested in something like this for a while now and found this on sale with a good rating. We are so happy that we got it! It was very simple to put together. The directions were easy to follow, and anyone with basic screwdriver skills should be able to assemble it without issue. It is very solid and a fantastic addition to our living room. I absolutely love the fireplace. You can tell it's not a "real" fire, but it is still quite relaxing and enjoyable to watch. It's been too hot ...

Like it even more than I thought I would

Love this. Solidily built! Love the remote and all the options. Warms my area nicely. Very happy with this purchase.

It is a great value

I always wanted a fireplace and now in my eighties I saw this on Lowe's site. It was marked down and I knew I could finally get a fireplace. My grandson picked it up at Lowe's Vestal and brought it home and put it together. Directions were clear and all the parts were there. Now I read the paper in the morning with the fire and heat on and then again in the evening just relaxing. It is perfect!
