Remote Controlled Thermostat

The Sensi Lite Thermostat was easy to install and it gives me peace of mind knowing that I can check my thermostat remotely. Additionally, there is an added benefit of allowing RG&E the capability of monitoring the system and advising me of problems. They also offer the opportunity to reduce your electrical bill in times of emergency with a rebate if you accept their offer.

Never received it.

The delivery pictures was not my house. Called customer service, finally got through the terrible ai phone system. Have a report. No answer.p

Got this thermostat because of the WiFi capability, able to see how much our HVAC system would run for that day, and change the temperature while we’re at work, etc . Followed all the instructions, contacted their tech support. It’s not worth it! It does not sense the temperature correctly. AC set at 68* and the system runs almost all day long. We have other thermometers in the house and they’ll show between 61*-64* and the AC is still running because the thermostat senses the set temperature as...

It doesn’t work good it changes temperature on its on and it turns the heat sometimes when it’s supposed to be cooling.

Great product

Easy install of you know what you are doing. The first 2 installs went well, the third one i needed some help. This particular unit is for a vacation rental and it now allows us to control what renters can set it to a week a giving us the ability to change settings ahead of time when we come to visit.

Not as easy to program

It was easy to install but not easy to program with Alexa

Not enough juice to power it

Could get it to work because Ionly ha e a white and red wires. You need all the wires to get enough power to get it to turn on.

So surprisingly bad

1. It wasn’t following the temperature schedule. After searching online and trying lots of dumb things, I changed the time zone from ET to ET. Yeah. Then it worked better, but not always. 2. Some days the heat doesn’t turn on until I open the app on my phone. it’s supposed it heat up at 7am and preheat, but sometimes it will be 8 or 8:30 and it’s still reporting that the temperature is set to 59. Never know when I’m gonna come downstairs and it’s freezing. But somehow just the act of opening th...
