LOVE my Refrigerator by Amana

I bought my Refrigerator when Amana had the "swing door" on the freezer section. I LOVE this refrigerator. All items are easy to see because they are eye level in the refrig. section and the light is bright My unit has worked perfectly for at least 7 years and I just LOVE it. Plenty of storage in the freezer also.

Refrigerator

I like my new bottom freezer refrigerator. My issues are the vegetable bins slide out of their tracks very easily - even though there are food items (weight) in them! The one bin attached to the shelf works as designed. I do not like that the freezer drawer does not have a bottom so when you open it you can see through to the floor thru the wire bin but when full won't be an issue.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR THE PRICE

There is not very much space inside. The stainless steel shows every fingerprint or hand print and was impossible to wipe away the prints completely. The bottom freezer did not seem solid when opening and often the entire unit would move when opening the freezer. We replaced with the next size up and in black. Was a much better quality all around and no finger print issue. For the price, I would stay away from this one.

Love this refrigerator

I never thought I would say this, but I love my new refrigerator. I’ve had it for six months and it has more than enough space in both the refrigerator and freezer. It’s also very quiet compared to my older GE refrigerator. My only complaint is that the produce drawers are a bit small and they are more flimsy than I wish. This is my first refrigerator with a freezer on the bottom and I never realized how convenient it could be.

I purchased this refrigerator without seeing it in person and basing it on online reviews and photos. I have had it for several weeks and so far it is holding up great . I did purchase a 5 year service plan just in case. It has a lot of room for all of my groceries and I really like being able to place my milk on the door. Great refrigerator.

Meets my needs perfectly

This refrigerator meets my needs very well. Fits into my space perfectly. The door shelves work well and having split shelves that I can adjust separately helps. The freezer is spacious and since I cannot have an ice maker there is no “non- working” ice maker taking up space.

Older model had better features

Way better than expected!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I bought this! We are getting old and this refrigerator has the spaces nicely laid out for minimal bending. It is quiet and keeps things cool. The freezer is set up nicely and keeps things very frozen.

Good storage capacity with easy access to items

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did not want to replace our kitchen cabinets and this refrigerator has ample storage capacity and it fit under our over refrigerator kitchen cabinets. The bottom freezer drawer makes access to frozen items easy and we don't bump our head when reaching for items in the refrigerator anymore.
