Great non-stick pot

Cleaning is also done with ease even with items that usually get stuck on. The lid seems a little flimsy, but it does have a vent hole that allows steam to escape.

Great addition to my kitchen

Nonstick pan that will change your life

Would Not RecommendI was really excited to discover the Alva brand. I have been a user of other purportedly nontoxic cookware for many years. I do believe that Alva is as close as you can get to the most nontoxic nonstick cookware available. The performance thus far has been stellar. My one MAJOR issue is that the coating on the outside of the pans is extremely fragile. I have absolutely babied these pans over the few weeks that I have had them (I bought 3). Didn’t last long
We bought two of these last July. Although one has held up pretty well, the other not so much. It worked great for a few months, but now everything sticks to it despite following proper care, cooking and cleaning instructions. Do NOT recommend.
