Ratings & Reviews for allen + roth 13-ft Plug in Brown Outdoor String Light with 10 Incandescent Edison Bulbs

Outdoor lights

Nice lights but the reason for my mid way rating is because when we were putting up the lights the last light in the string fell off the string. Lights work good as is and not worth the trouble to take them down.

Nice outdoor lights for our screened in patio!

We just moved here and everything we get at Lowe’s is always 5⭐️here in Valdosta!

Edison String Lights

We originally purchased these lights a year ago for inside our canopy. While somewhat pricey, we love the look and the ambience they add to our outdoor space. Unfortunately, when we put them up earlier this summer a number of lights no longer worked. So, we waited until the end of the season to purchase new lights. We’re hopeful we get more than one season out of them. Thus, just 4 stars for their looks & ambience.

String lights.

Bought four boxes to use as lighting for outdoor backyard canopy. Was concerned it would not be enough lighting. Strung the 4 sets all around the canopy and it was surprisingly bright enough.

great lights

Love this lights. They put off enough light to actually be useful, yet still creates a really nice ambiance. They are lightweight overall so attach well with command clips. Great purchase!

Ambient Patio Lighting

These string lights were perfect for lighting our patio at night.

Avoid at all costs

You people need to FADE this set of lights. Horrible. Lights immediately got hot within seconds of plug in, a potential fire hazard on a wood deck. One of my kids bumped into the light bulb against the deck rail and it shattered, all in five minutes of unboxing, glass everywhere. Ugly brown cord, even the packaging is cumbersome and has the lights 'trapped' in cardboard due to fragility. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Descent lights, cheap lightbulbs

I bought two strands of these lights about 6 months apart. I heavily used the first strand and the lights bulbs on that strand we’re almost entirely burnt out after a little more than 4 months. For the price, they are great though. I ended up getting a light sensor timer for them to save the light bulbs. The only downside is that replacing all of the bulbs is more expensive than buying a brand new strand. I’m sure that the new light bulbs are better quality though and will last longer. Overall, ...

Great purchase

These are very nice lights; the bulbs are a large size and light up bright white. The cord is well constructed and durable and withstand the rain. Love them!

Great Price

In comparisons to other lights I’ve looked at they were a great price. I bought 3 sets for our patio and they put out a great color lighting. Well worth the price.

Allen & Roth White String Lights

Like them, the shape of them too, but I wish they were brighter.

Great string of bulbs

Bought 4 strands of bulbs at $16.00 a box. They look great on the patio awning. As for them breaking or even breaking out of nowhere, if you handle them improperly I suppose they will break. We did t have a problem with any strand of lights we bought. They are very nice looking and put out enough light to sit and enjoy the summer night. I recommend these lights. No issues at all!
