One of the faucets is liking at the base and the other one water is squirting out from the base. I contacted customer service and after sending in videos and pictures they informed that they would send me out a replacement they just need the receipt. I informed them that this was 4-5 years ago and I no longer have the receipt. I was later told that there is nothing they can do unless iI have the receipt...
