Love this fireplace!!

I’ve had this fireplace for over six years and love it. It is so beautiful and complements my living room perfectly. I wish Lowes still had it available to sell. It was definitely worth the money and I would buy it all over again.

Doesn't work

We bought this fireplace because it is beautiful, but unfortunately, it doesn't work anymore. We got a good year out of it before the electrical socket caught on fire. We replaced it, and one day it just stopped working. We contacted the customer service email, but no one has gotten back to us. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

nice while it worked

We have had this heater for about 2 years. The heat it put out was not that great but it worked for our bedroom. Now the heater has gone out and can’t be replaced. That’s a lot of money to only last 2 years.

quality furniture, beautiful, very easy to assemble

Blow out cold air continuously. It’s for show only. Not worth the money. I do not recommend this product.

Beautiful solid furniture

Very easy to assemble alone but would recommend having helpers (the base and the top mantelpiece is the heaviest parts) the fireplace is very heavy once put together so build close to where you want it. although it comes in one big box it does have multiple boxes inside and it's labeled. It even comes with touch up paint pen. (I didnt need it) I like the brick background, looks real. And the logs and flames looks great too. Just a really beautiful piece.

Great quality product! Looks beautiful. Remote is kinda cheap and unreliable. Shipping was just ok. Didn’t call, changed the delivery time by over a week with no notification, left huge crate on pallet in the middle of my driveway

Beautiful fireplace mantel

Had a rocky experience with the asembly and delivery of this fireplace mantel, but still had to give this a 5 star rating because the fireplace is beautiful and Lowes made the delivery delay right.

Beautiful, Mine is not putting out heat like I thought it would.
