Blower

I love this fireplace. one draw back, the heat does not blow very strong. You need to be very close to feel it. we also did not receive the white wood to swap out for the glass in the flip down storage

Extremely frustrated!

It took us 4 hours to unbox and assemble. Logs don’t work. Swapped out the logs, ember bed and control panel and it still doesn’t work. A total piece of crap. Lowe’s contacted the manufacturer. Then the manufacture called me at 5 AM to let me know that they don’t have the parts and to return to Lowe’s. Great. I’ve spent 10+ hours on this piece of junk. Lowe’s was like, we’ll give you 10% off if you want to keep it. Seriously! 10% off to keep a fireplace that doesn’t work. This has been the most ...

i bought this in january . it has never worked. waited for part. now they dont make the part. it is heavy and now my only option is to hire someone to come get it out of my upstairs and take it back. what a pain.

We bought it new

My dad bought this fireplace for us in January for our new house and it doesn’t flame. I’m not sure what’s wrong with it but everything else is working but that.I rated 5 because it’s beautiful and keeps warm we just wish the flames would work

Had to assemble with no instructions in the box, but once assembled we love it

My wife literally loves it and it makes the room so cozy. I’m thinking about getting another one for my upstairs.

doesnt work

got this and was assembled by lowes. the heater doesnt work it dont even turn i was excited because it was on clearance. i guess should of plugged in at store to check on. im so sad. hopefully they send me a new heater or i have to figure out something else.i

Looks Great!

I love this fireplace! It looks great and really warms up my open concept living room. I have a 55" tv on top and it fits perfectly, plenty of space. I also like the small cabinet on top to place miscellaneous electronics or other items, it blends in well and does not distract from the "fireplace look". Also, very good value compared to similar options.

It wasn’t that hard to put together. It really warms our family room. Love the look of the fire

Love it!

Bought mine on sale during the summer ‘22. Finally getting a chance to use and it heats my whole lower space. If you adjust temp over 82 it stays on continuously. It’s beautiful even as a decor piece!

Faulty

Didn't work. Very annoying to spend time putting this together to find out it stopped working after it was turned on. Also sucks that the store I bought this from (Hot Springs AR) won't ever pick up the phone for customers

New electric fire place

I had the fireplace assembled and delivered to my home. Both were done extremely well and we are very please with the performance. It was worth the extra money to have it assembled!!

Easy to assemble

Had to go to store because it didn’t work. They gave me the part I needed and it worked fine

No Good

The flame box stopped working a week after purchase. The on off button is on the bottom stopped working. Reached out two weeks ago to customer service to have a Newport sent have not got a response to an email. Flame is not very realistic when it was working.
