Poor installation instructions

there is nothing in the instructions that tell you what to do with the USB cable. It wasn't until I pressed the fire button and it didn't come on, andI started trouble shooting that I saw in the troubleshooting page that it says to plug in the usb but you can't see any usb port anymore out of the unit, so I had to take the whole thing apart again. And I couldn't get the doors on based on the instructions. I couldn't get the doors on at all.

Pure trash! Worst instructions I have ever seen. Looks like they were written by a child. Taking it back to Lowe's tomorrow. Even on clearance this thing is pure junk. Even Sanford and Son wouldn't accept it to their junkyard. You've been warned.

Looked like the package had already been opened. There were chips and parts coming apart right out of the box. Couldn’t even start the first step of assembling because it didn’t have the holes on the base for the connecting logs. Terrible product, giant pain, don’t buy it.

The control panel on the unit will not work The remote does not work I cannot get the unit to turn on and have already completed the troubleshooting guide and then all of a sudden the unit turns on 2 days later by its self and I cannot turn it off, I had to unplug it to get it to turn off.

Fire hazard

This unit turns on by itself and does NOT SHUT OFF. Only way to shut it off is unplugging. Contacted Lowe’s in December to fix it. They said they would send a part for me to fix it myself. Part was back ordered until February. It’s March. Winter is over. I have a hideous, 143lb, unusable fire hazard in my living room.

This TV stand looks good and it fits my living room. The installation is simple, however: 1. They did not mention that the USB should be connect to the fireplace in the instructions. Thanks for the previous reviews and I learnt from them.. 2. The remote is not working for the beginning. I have checked with the support team, and they will send a replacement later this month.

Having same issues as others with fireplace not working and plastic logs coming off the glue. Also the manufactured wood is very cheap. Definitely not worth it even if good deal on sale. If it wasn’t for the color matching the rest of my decor and putting it completely together, I would have returned it. I expected better from Lowe’s and Allen & Roth. 🥲

If it's plugged it, it's heating, until it throws an error code and shuts off. Smells exceptionally hot. Will not light up at all. Awful. Don't waste your time and money. It looks pretty, but it does NOT work.
