Poor design flaws

This cabinet is made for an apron sink but it is not easily customizable to different brands. Not sure what brand I was supposed to buy but we are having to cut it on a glued joint and repaint that area to make it look ok in our new kitchen! Drawn lines are the cuts we are making.

Poor craftsmanship

This cabinet arrived so poorly assembled that the drawer fronts don’t line up at all. And there’s no good way to adjust that!

Not the quality I expected

For semi-custom cabinets, these came with disappointing quality check issues. There was glue overspray and the shelves must have been placed inside the cabinets when the glue was still wet because we had to pry the shelves out of the bottom and then try to clean off the glue.

Fully Assembled? That's NOT What I got....

I spoke with one of the kitchen specialist 3 times before coming back to order. We discussed the pantry/utlity cabinet rollout upgrade for $800. I know I could buy aftermarket rollouts for about $200 total and install them myself but opted for the $800 upgrade to avoid having the DIY. Medium Quality at Best

First of all, the color. The sample cabinet front in the store was a creamy off-white they call Linen, which was what I wanted. I did not want a white white kitchen. I then went to the Paint Dept. and pulled colors that looked to be similar. I found one, got a sample, dabbed it on the sample cab, and proceeded to paint all the trim in my kitchen and LR this color. Go somewhere else

You won't get these on time. They will sell you an estimated delivery date, then it'll be 3-6 weeks beyond that date that the manufacturer actually gets these cabinets to you. If you have any semblance of a timeline for a kitchen build-out don't trust what they publish on their website.

terrible customer service

I should have read the reviews. most of my 9 cabinets came damaged, I tried for 3 months getting replacement parts from allen + roth, which are now "out of stock" and they said I could return the damaged cabinets to the store or get a 10% refund. Great midlevel cabinet

Love these cabinets and would buy again! They have dovetail joints, solid wood door fronts, soft close, and the color is a beautiful green that matches sherwin williams pewter green. A few doors were crooked but you just need to adjust them on the interior. They are a great mid level option. If you want perfection and high end you are going to spend 40k+ . These are great for the price point.

Poor Customer Service-Buyer Beware of Delays

When I ordered these cabinets, Lowes told me they'd arrive on/about April 14. But later, Lowes told me they were delayed in delivering them by multiple weeks, leaving me having to pay my contractor for the delay. Missing Pieces

I bought this pantry for a full kitchen renovation. After it was installed, I noticed that 4 of the 5 shelves were missing. I reached out Lowes customer service and they passed me off to Allen and Roth. Allen and Roth stated I need to return the entire pantry so they could send me a new one. No one takes the blame

I received half of my cabinet order, but the second half went missing and no one could tell me where they were. I am half waiting for them to show up at my door one day. I had to reorder the cabinets after receiving a refund. Lowes couldn't even resubmit the order or give any kind of expedited shipping, leaving the project a month behind schedule and delaying other trades while waiting for the new order. Supposed to match my double oven

Purchased at the exact time I ordered a double oven. Staff helped as both the oven and cupboard had to be ordered. Assumed they would have the common sense to match the oven to cupboard. Oven arrived in 2 weeks. Cupboard in 3.5 months. Called on delay and was give PO number and name of cupboard company to track down where it was. Now Oven doesn’t fit. Had to entirely hack up a $1500 cupboard. Will never buy anything from Lowe’s again. Customer service is worse than terrible.

Worst customer service

We ordered this early December, then they delivered it damaged first week of January. Their delivery personnel damaged it by stacking them, its on our camera vid. Called same day they said they would reorder. Followed up 2 wks later they said its reordered and would get back to us . A week ago we went to the store to find out where it's at. We waited over 3 months for our cabinets and 4 are very damaged.

Paint sample pain!

It is ridiculous that you cannot easily get matching paint for this at Lowes. You can't even take the sample cabinets at the store to the paint people to match it because they're screwed down. For the poor shipping and high need for people to have repair paint, this is really poor service and thought for the customer.

Initially nice...

But after just a year the top cabinet drawer has started to bow, and now no longer lies flat when closed. I know its not a moisture problem, because i have a full kitchen of these cabinets, and only one drawer has bowed. Assuming its a manufacturing problem. not sure how to resolve.
