Ratings & Reviews for allen + roth Winship 1 -Light Bronze Modern/contemporary Metal Cylinder Small Hanging Pendant Light

Great addition to entryway

Hung this light up and it gave the rustic vibe we were looking for in the entry way into the house.

Absolutely love it!

The pendant lights look great. They were a bit larger than I expected so I had to move some things around but they look great over my kitchen counter. I also bought the chandelier and ceiling light to match. The pieces look great together.

Love this light

I got this light for my eat in kitchen area and it looks great. Perfect for the style I was going for.

Adds so much beauty to my entry way. The light bulbs give off an amber glow, with plenty of light.

Dining Lighting

As advertised. Easy to install. One bulb was broken, but other that that it was just as pictured and looks great up.

Love the Look but very dim lighting

I bought this light and finally had it installed. I absolutely love the simple design BUT I plan to return it. We installed the started bulbs that came with and it doesn't seem like it is giving off 180W light. It is more like a night light than a dining room light. I understand that the light can be dimmed and I assure you that this was not the issue. Other than the "dim" amount of light I absolutely love the look of it.

Great Ceiling light

What a great light. We had been looking for a light for our den that was nice sized and allowed a feeling of floating in the room. This light has perfectly met the need and gives off a great deal of light that is warm and inviting. IT comes with a very long chain, but we have chosen to make it more of a ceiling mount. which it does and looks great. Highly recommend this light

Poor Quality

I struggled to get two lights the same height. After and hour plus of adjustments I realized the actual light fixtures were not the same. One measures 9 1/8” and the other light measures 9 3/4”. The “webbing” is clearly different. One more compressed and one more elongated. Very frustrating.

Mid-century modern/Industrial look

Moved into a new house and had to get rid of the cheap looking standard dining fixture. This stunning pendant light gave an entire new look to the dining area. I bought two smaller pendant lights from the same collection to hang over my kitchen island. Love the look.

worth the effort

I shopped quite a lot before deciding on this fixture. The price is right compared to whats out there and, yes, installation was not easy and my husband and I are fairly adept. And, yes, was not happy with the light bulbs-in fact, had it completely installed but took down to return, then realuzed i can switch the bulbs. Which i did after installing-again!- and now love love love it. First is over dining table. Got another for kitchen.

Beautiful Fixture!

We had it professionally installed because we also had to wire the room for overhead lighting, so it was an easy add on. It looks stunning installed - we love it.

Looks good, absolute nightmare to install

I'm very handy around the house and have installed plenty of other light fixtures. None approached the nightmare that this one was. Have to thread the needle with the wire as well as multiple other pieces, hold it all together while holding it in the air and attaching the wires before you can hang the fixture itself is completely backwards and takes 3 arms, which is great since you'll on on the top of a ladder the whole time. Not well thought out installation, utter nightmare. If you're install...

Pendant Light

I give this 5 stars because I love the light and the look; however, Lowe’s Fail. Had to return two: although both boxes were taped, one fixture was badly bent and the other box had missing parts. Had to go to another Lowe’s to get them...

Nice light/Nice glow

We put 2 of these over the kitchen sink, spaced about 2 feet apart. I love the light they give off and a lot of the time I have just these on instead of the bright can lights (there's a need for bright lighting some of the time but not all of the time). I like them so much that hubby is hanging the matching pendant over the kitchen table. Most nights I leave these lights in so whomever comes in last has some light to arrive home to. I love the glow they give off.

Love the Fixture, Light has an Orange Glow

The fixture is awesome. Well made, easy to put together and install. The lightbulbs put off an orange glow. It took me a bit to get use to, but now its a warm color. You can also pick different lightbulbs, that is just what it comes with. I have gotten so many compliments already. Adds a nice modern look to my kitchen.
