Poor/careless packaging
Would Not RecommendI received 4 in total. My original order (2) and the replacement (2). Each time they were both shattered upon arrival. I was told by customer service to bring all the broken pots which came in boxes too large to fit in the back of my Hyundai, back to the store. I felt like the representative thought I was lying even though I offered to send pictures. In the first order all my other pots were broken as well (4 total). Only 2 survived shipping when they were replaced.
