What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the blinds for straightforward installation completed in under 15 minutes, even for DIY beginners. However, many report significant durability issues—slats chip or break easily, cords snap, and materials feel thin and flimsy. Several note the cordless mechanism requires excessive force and two hands to operate. While some appreciate the visual appeal, others mention the color appears more gray than advertised white. Despite affordability, many find the quick wear and operational difficulty outweigh the easy setup, though most still consider them acceptable for the price.

Would RecommendLowe's would not help in the cancelation or to reach out to Fed ex to stop or return to Lowe's. Not the product's fault. Is Lowe's willingness to not help.

My order was destroyed by FedEx Ground
Would RecommendI received my blinds today. As soon as I saw the 52" package, I knew there was going to be a problem. The blinds were packed in another box with no type of reinforcement to keep them from being damaged. One end was snapped in half undoubtedly by the force of another parcel with much more weight being dropped on it. I will be returning these to my local Lowe's. It's hard to blame the shipper when the item was not properly packaged for shipment to begin with.

slats cut or broken
Would Not RecommendI purchased blinds on line, picked them up curbside. They arrived a day early which was great. As I was hanging them I noticed about 10 slats, left side, looked like they were cut into. Upon inspecting the box, it was taped up at the end. Unacceptable to knowingly give a damaged product to a loyal customer
