What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the straightforward installation and budget-friendly price, with many noting no special tools or expertise required. However, significant concerns emerge around durability—reviewers report slats cracking easily, thin plastic-like materials, and chipped pieces. A major frustration is the cordless mechanism's difficulty; many describe it as requiring excessive force and two hands to operate. Some also note color mismatches, with white blinds arriving as light gray. While budget-conscious buyers find them acceptable for secondary spaces, durability and operational issues deter repeat purchases.

Would RecommendI received my blinds today. As soon as I saw the 52" package, I knew there was going to be a problem. The blinds were packed in another box with no type of reinforcement to keep them from being damaged. One end was snapped in half undoubtedly by the force of another parcel with much more weight being dropped on it. I will be returning these to my local Lowe's. It's hard to blame the shipper when the item was not properly packaged for shipment to begin with.

slats cut or broken
Would Not RecommendI purchased blinds on line, picked them up curbside. They arrived a day early which was great. As I was hanging them I noticed about 10 slats, left side, looked like they were cut into. Upon inspecting the box, it was taped up at the end. Unacceptable to knowingly give a damaged product to a loyal customer
