Would Not RecommendDent on the side and when not nephew questioned during pick up he was told it would not hurt the product and it was fine. When you pay that much money for a new water heater, you would prefer that it not be damaged. No effort was made to make it right by the store. A lot of money to pay and received damage products.

Would RecommendLowe’s delivery system leaves a lot to be desired. My time to be delivered was moved a whole day from the original date, and then was also delayed twice that day. Almost 48 hours later than what it was supposed to be. Zero explanations. Much like every other big corporation, I guess once they get the money you are no longer the priority.

Would RecommendWe had this brand, A.O. Smith in our home for 21 years and just replaced with the same brand. We could have gone longer! I thought the water heater was leaking in our garage, but it was actually our AC unit. I hope we get the same result with this newer model. Everybody cannot believe our water heater has lasted 21 years with no issues with five people living under this roof. This is why I decided to go with A.O. Smith.

Hiccup but now we're good.
Would RecommendLowe's had the one we needed in stock when no one else in town did. We got it home and the thing looked like it had been dropped from a 5 story building. We took it back and got another, checked it over at the store and finally go to work getting it installed. We haven't had any trouble so far and everything is working as it should.
