What Customers Are Saying
The electric water heater generally performs well, heating up quickly and providing reliable hot water. Many customers find it easy to install and highlight the 6-year warranty as a positive. However, some users have experienced issues such as leaks, faulty heating elements, and tripped circuit breakers. The product's quality and reliability appear inconsistent, so customers should inspect the unit carefully upon delivery and be prepared to work with the manufacturer if any problems arise during the warranty period.

Would RecommendMy water heater broke and needed a new one asap. Install was quick but did require slight modification to my current setup, the connections are not in the same areas, but that so not a big issue. Family of 3, never had an “no hot water” issue.
