I paid for expedited delivery of the water heater yesterday so that the plumber could install it today. However when the plumber opened the box he found several dents in the item. I called customer service and spoke to someone with a foreign accent who at first said they would exchange or if I kept offered a discount. Would Not RecommendI bought two and each one had to be returned because one was smashed on its top side very bad and the other the bottom was pulled apart. Both were delivered and both returned. Very disappointed. Gave up and went to another vender for a water heater.
