Failed Twice
After returning a four year-old water heater that luckily was replaced for free of charge (warranty) after it started leaking, I had the new one installed at a cost of $400. Later that afternoon, I noticed there was water leaking from the top. The hot water outlet had failed on the system. I had to have that one uninstalled, returned, and replaced for yet another one. Not to mention the cost for a reinstall. I’m beyond frustrated. If you can afford the money, get a different unit.
