The unit is fine but the ordering/delivery/installation information is really poor. I paid for delivery I shouldn't have had to pay for. I was not informed that the unit wouldn't be installed when it was delivered and had to wait for a contactor to show up. The installation fee is more than I paid for the heater itself. I really don't think I'll be doing further business with Lowes or their contactor.

Scalding Hot
Would Not RecommendI do not know why the water is so hot coming out of this thing as it's set below 125 degrees. I also had to hit the reset button as it tripped off after only two days of use.
