Would Not RecommendLooks nice when you open the box but that’s about the only thing it can do since it doesn’t heat my water. It was installed at my camp two hours away so I didn’t have the serial number, AO Smith won’t talk to me or send a technician out unless I have it. So make sure you have that serial number! I will be returning this product.

Would RecommendA beautiful Sunday late afternoon, I was in the garage and noticed water on the floor. Tracing the water led me to the old water heater. I called our plumber who asked me to purchase a water heater, he'd come pick it up and install it. I chose the AO Smith Signature 100, 40 gallon electric with tank guard and a six year limmited warranty on parts with a one year limited warranty on labor. The price was right and the reputation of AO Smith sealed the deal.
