Had to replace old water heater. Bought this at Lowes and installed about 3 weeks ago. No issues with install and heater is working great with no issues. Sharkbite hookup kit improved install timing and ease of install. Highly recommend.

Heats Water!
It does its job just fine. Cold water goes in and hot water comes out. It does not leak water on the floor which is good because it is in my house. What more can one say other than it works fine.

Worked like a top so far. Make sure you use the yellow number 5 pipe dope and the pfte thread tape and should be no problem.

Brand new and elements are not working
Would Not RecommendI purchased The water heater on 8.29.26 and had it installed on 8.30.26. The hot water was insufficient and quickly ran out. It took a day to recover to Luke warm water. It’s Day 3 today and the water is cold. It seems the elements are not working. Unbelievable, I bought it brand new and it doesn’t work. Why is Lowe’s selling junk! I should have bought a higher priced product from a different store. Saving a few bucks is not worth the stress.

Would RecommendNo issues, although if there is, you will go through something in order to get it exchanged. Lowe's does not carry that responsibility, it gets passed on to the customer and customer is required to call company to get a return authorization. That is a nightmare!!!
