Would Not RecommendThis is the second 30 gallon water heater that has developed a leak at the cold water junction. I used the warrantee with the first heater. Now it's happened again with no warrantee.

Would Not RecommendIt was professionally installed. It worked for a day and half then tripped a breaker. I had an electrician come to check everything out and there was power to the unit and it would not turn on. Since I had only had it for a few days I decided to exchange it for a new one. I called Lowe’s and they directed me to the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and after a couple of transfers was sent to a service support guy who directed me to take down some panels and then asked me to use my voltage...

Would RecommendThis water heater was just installed as a secondary water heater to cover laundry and kitchen only. Larger water heater (also AOSmith) covers two and 1/2 baths and was installed several years ago and has given excellent service. These units are easy to install, reliable and have quick recovery time. I have never run out of hot water. Excellent product.
