Excellent product!!

This is an excellent product. The overall size of the mandolin is small enough that it doesn’t take up too much room or space in my small kitchen. It’s a handheld product that that puts in work when I have a lot of slicing to get through.

Sharp and versatile!

Needed an upgrade, this was it! Knew that a Zwilling would be the way to go!! Very Pleased!! Mandolin made short work of the sweet potatoes and the grater shedded the cheese perfectly! The slicing guard is perfect, no finger tips were injured! The consistency of the slices and the grated cheese were all just the right!!

Not happy

Very disappointed, not the quality I have experienced with the many other Zwilling products I have.

It’s a wonderful item! It so helps with not cutting yourself and it is very versatile in its uses.

I agree with a previous reviewer. Terrible design. The finger guard doesn’t lock in place and EASILY slips off during use. I am more likely to cut myself using the guard.

Decent Mandolin

Very stable with anti-slip rubber on the bottom and sturdy handle you can whip through your prep without the unit sliding around. The feed chamber is a bit small, especially if you want potatoes for scalloped potatoes, or long items like carrots. It is safe however as the blade is protected and you won't lose a piece of your thumb.

Best Grater Ever!

I stopped using my microplane grater for my Locatelli and Reggiano cheeses because it was too cumbersome and if you aren’t careful you can badly cut up your fingers when using. I was frustrated because fresh grated cheese is so much better than store bought pre grated cheese that you buy. Now with this, not only does it have a holder that protects your hand, it fits right over the glass...
