perfect size paring knife
Would RecommendVery nice paring knofe. This was actually a replacement in a knife set we own, somehow our paring knife went missing. Either way, it is such a nice knife had to replace it and it is welcome back to the collection. Stays sharp, very durable an easy to control in the hand.

Would RecommendUsed this knife and the Pro “S” for 20 years. Excellent knife. Broke mine cutting on a Granite counter, just ordered a replacement same knife because it is so good. I have a complete set and this is one of my most used.

Great knife, but you can't have mine!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my daughter moved to her own place, she thought she lost this knife. Well, it was her favorite, but I wasn't going to give up mine, so I had to get her a new one. It's a great knife for all uses, not just paring. She also liked it since she has a smaller hand, so it fit nicely.

Great knives
Would RecommendI have bought several different knives, trying to find sharp knives that would stay sharp for awhile and by golly I think I just find them!!! I ordered 4- 4” paring knives as that is my go to on a daily basis and 1- 3 1/2”, and also their knife sharpener. It was an investment for us but I was going for quality and hopefully will not have to replace for many years if ever.
