Great addition to my Chef’s knife

First New Chef Knife

After many years of putting up with dull knives, I decided to invest in a set of good knives. I purchased a bundled package with a bamboo cutting board, paring knife, a 5” chef, and sharpener several months ago and so happy with the purchase. This time I brought the 7” Santoku Chef.
