Would RecommendI’ve been using zero water for 2 years minimum, and recently moved. My belongings haven’t arrived yet and yesterday I drank unfiltered water for the first time since I got my first pitcher. It’s insane the difference these filters make! I actually spit the water out. I read some of these one star comments and most of them are the people’s faults for not changing the filter as soon as it read .06. If you use it as instructed you will have the best tasting water of your life.

TDP useless
Would Not RecommendThe spigot noticeably leaks when engaged, rendering it useless. Ditto the TDP measurement devise. Did not know about the lemon taste until about 6 mugs of tea were wasted. Not fun

Kidney stones
Would RecommendMy husband has had kidney stones multiple times. His daughter has to have surgery as she had so many stones. A kind Urologist recommended this product and it has been years since they have had kidney stones.

Fantastic easy to use container
Would RecommendWe bought our container a couple months ago and leave on counter next to sink. We have a filter for the cold water from sink and easily fill our Zero water from there. Love, love, love our Zero water. Not only is water 100% better but so is our ice now. I am thinking of getting the pitcher for our motorhome. No ice maker, so will always use the Zero water system. Forever!!!

Never heard back when I sent filters for recycling
Would RecommendSent filters to be recycled, but never got any of the promised credit. Never heard anything back. Sent 2 boxes of 8 filters each. So was a waste of postage and time.

Would Not RecommendHonestly it has a weird aftertaste and I switched back to bottled water because I don't trust things with a weird aftertaste. I'm sure it's probably cleaner than city water, but it sucks not having water that tastes good from a filter.
