What Customers Are Saying
The water filtration system provides consistently excellent water quality, with TDS readings of 0 or near-zero after filtration. Customers praise the glass container as a healthier and more attractive alternative to plastic. However, some design flaws are noted, such as the high placement of the spigot and the short lifespan of the filters, especially for high-usage households. Overall, the system is a popular and effective water filtration solution that delivers a large volume of clean, great-tasting water.

Would RecommendBought the 40 cup for about 11 months ago I absolutely love it. I bought a bamboo wheeled platform to roll it back and forth on the counter makes it much more comfortable to move. I didn’t like the plastic spigot it leaked so I bought a stainless splgot it works great hope zero water would replace the plastic spigot with stainless steel I have encouraged family and friends to purchase zero water products

Love the idea of glass!
Would Not RecommendI love that's its a glass pitcher as opposed to plastic. So many issues with plastic. The only thing I am really disappointed in that the spigot is too high up on the container. There will always be at least 3 inches of water that won't ever be drank unless the container is tilted and it's so huge without a handle it's impossible to tilt it.

Good
Would RecommendGenerally good, but I wish the spigot was more substantial. Overall I am satisfied.

Fishy tasting water
Would Not RecommendI bought the glass dispenser summer 2024 but did not put it to use until fall 2024. By December we noticed a fishy smell and taste. We thoroughly cleaned the dispenser and put in a new filter. 7-10 days later fishy taste and smell. Cleaned again, put in a new filter and 5-7 days later disgusting fishy taste and smell. The water did not sit. We used it everyday. Very disappointed. Now I have a beautiful glass dispenser (because we wanted to get away from as much plastic as possible) on my counter...

Perfect countertop filter!
Would RecommendI have used this for just over a year now. We used to fill up five gallon bottles at the grocery store but this is much more convenient. The biggest change is the taste, our TDS was around 40-50 before, now it is obviously zero and the filter lasts us around 5 months each. I just wish they made an under sink model now.

Waste of money
Would Not RecommendLeaked endlessly, tried countless times to tighten it, adjust it nothing helped, I even went beyond what came with the pitcher, have had it for a year been sitting unused for 10 months I just haven't been back to this website since. Keep raising the price of your filters and you'll lose a lot of customers.

Nice container
Nice looking design but the spigot is chintzy silver colored plastic. 40 cups is a lot of water and it would be nice to have this design in a smaller size. I don’t like the filters, it leaves the water with a flat taste.

Great Dispenser - but buy a new spigot
Would RecommendLike a lot of the reviews have mentioned - the spigot leaks. It ended up leaking so bad over night that it ruined one of my cabinet doors below where it was sitting. It’s all warped from the water. BUT once replacing the spigot, it’s been perfect. It looks great and holds a ton of water. So just do yourself a favor and buy a new spigot if ya end up purchasing this. Not worth the hassle of leaks

Great idea, failed to execute
Would Not RecommendI was thrilled to find a filtration system with glass container. Assembled it upon receipt and water literally poured around the threading of the filter where it screws into the water trough. Returned it for a replacement, and the second did the exact same thing. Not ever sure why this is a product they sell, cannot possibly be quality tested. Hope they do figure out how to fit a filter some day--that's literally the product, after all. The glass canister is a stellar idea and much needed.

Not quite...
Would Not RecommendWe've been using this glass pitcher version of the Zero Water dispenser for about two months now. It's not quite living up to our expectations. The larger format is definitely more convenient for us. But... We wanted to reduce our exposure to plastics in hopes of moving to this more expensive glass dispenser, but alas, the filtered water is constantly sitting in the plastic Zero filter. Our fault for not realizing this beforehand. The second issue is the glass pitcher seats only loosely into ...

Pros & Con
Very much like the glass container and the large 40 cup size. But the plastic spigot is flimsy. I doubt it will last very long.

I love this thing
Would RecommendBought this about 2 years ago. I love that it's glass - no plastic chemical leaching into water! The 40 cup capacity is great -- I can use it for all cooking, including pasta, vegetables. And I'. experiencing an unexpected bonus. When I lived in New Jersey, in an area with extremely hard water, a filter would last only about 2 1/2 weeks. But now, in New York City, with water that has low TDS, my filters last soooo much longer. I use one every 4 months or so!!!! So if you are taken aback by...

Satisfied
Would RecommendI am very happy with my purchase. The water tastes great and the meter has shown me the difference in tap water, bought purified water and Zero water. It was a good investment in my opinion.

Bought for hurricanes, but use it every day!
Would RecommendI bought this for disasters, including hurricanes; but I keep it on the counter by the refrigerator. I use this water to make clear, clean ice. My husband uses this water for his coffee machine. Grandson keeps a small one in his refrigerator for cold water.

Good size, but leaks...
Would Not RecommendGood size, but the spigot is plastic, and the gasket does not seal well and allows for the water to leak out.

Don't buy this one!
Would Not RecommendI believe the filters are good but this pitcher is VERY poorly designed. The valve simply is as low quality as is possible. The hole for the spigot is like 2 inches from the bottom so if you can only use like 80% of the water.
