Purchased the lock so that I can open my door from anywhere. I discovered that I can only unlock the door with the phone when I am home which defeated the purpose. I add some other part they recommended however that will not allow me to connect It to my internet because it needs to be 2g.

Best lock

This product is so good, it makes it easy for me to enter my home and provide codes for guests. It's very easy to install compared to some other locks.

Don't buy

I keep having to switch the batteries so it works. Even when it does work half the times it won't register the code to get in as correct. I got 2 keys Made and neither on of the keys can unlock the lock and they are supposed to be the correct key. Essentially just an expensive paper weight.

Missing Key

Looks good, easy to install. very annoying to program and most disappointingly it did not come with a key. not sure how a door lock leaves the key out of the package. very disappointed, returning and will get a more well known brand name.
