Used daily for work
Would RecommendI'm a health nut. As a result I take home cooked food to work in various tupperware containers daily. Space needed for (3 water bottles, 2 yeti cups, 6 to 8 Tupperware dishes, snacks, etc). Individual containers for single servings for veggies, meat, fruit, carbs. I work 16 hours a day so I'm always prepared with my portions. I selected this for work daily due to the size allowing me adequate space & being a backpack not having to have excessive stress on one shoulder carrying my items the ...

Good Cooler Bad Zipper
Would Not RecommendThe cooler works great, Ecept the zipper broke only two months after i started using it. The zipper is tough to operate as well. Tried to return it but cannot, I waited too long to file a return, but i did not use it for 4 months after my purchase. Oh well, it is what it is.

Disappointed with Customer Experience
Would RecommendI ordered this for a Christmas gift. It shipped in a timely manner, received it, wrapped it and put it under the tree. It was opened on Christmas morning and it was the wrong color! The outside of the box said Navy, but the cooler was charcoal. I bought it to match the recipient's hardside cooler. The exchange was easy enough, but it took nearly three weeks to get the replacement cooler in the correct color. Now that I received it, I have to ship it to the original recipient and their gift...

Lip Balm?
Would RecommendI bought this cooler as a Christmas gift for my husband. I figured it was the perfect gift to give him that I could steal. Who doesn't love giving gifts like that? We also love Yeti products and yet to have a cooler so I was super excited! My husband opened the gift and was extremely excited! He unzipped the zipper and talked about how many beers the cooler can hold, how it will be perfect for road trips and tournaments, how excited he was to show it off to the Dad's in the parking lot before th...

Great Cooler!
Would RecommendI received this as a gift and love it. It keeps drinks really cold and holds ice longer than "cheaper" coolers, as it should. For the comment about the zipper leaving a "hole," this is simply not zipping it closed all the way.

works but why the big hole in the zipper...
Not used it yet but I've been trying out multiple methods of keeping the first 2-3 days of food cold for long wilderness water route trips. Bought it because a friend's has seemed to work well on their trips and again on a trip where I went along. But why the 1/4" hole at the end of the zipper? I agree with your guidelines... warm air kills cooling, then why provide such a direct path to your cool items without some way to control flow. And that opening doesn't keep water out.
