Great dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far - works good. I like the third rack on top to put flat items like large cutlery that don't fit on the bottom. There is a lot of room on the other two racks. Because there is a third rack the bottom rack doesn't fit as many tall items like I used to put in the old dishwasher. I have to lay those down. So far everything has come out clean!

I will definitely use the drying feature in the future as there is a lot of water left if you choose open door and air dry. Cleans the dishes excellently. Price was great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to dishwashers I have a long nightmare story which I will spare you. This Whirlpool dishwasher ended it. I love it. It is easy to operate and maintain, it does a phenomenal job of cleaning, and it almost takes care of everything by itself. I could not be happier.

Big improvement for my kitchen

Poor rack design

Worst rack design ever. Plates won't stand up straight on bottom rack as the tongs are not tall enough. Limited space with silverware storage location. Top shelf won't hold glasses in place.

Innovative Feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was installed several weeks ago and I’ve been impressed with how quiet it is and I was surprised by the automatic door opening at the end of the cycle to help the drying process and efficiency. It seemed gimmicky at first, but I like the way it works. That was an innovative feature. I’m also enjoying the third rack for cooking utensils.

Racks not as good as the older 4000 model.

We had to replace our old one because the door latch assembly broke and the replacement parts were not available. This new model is more quiet and perhaps more water efficient.
