Sleek looking

It's nice and sleek looking with no controls visible, just a nice sheet of stainless steel between my cabinets. It works beautifully and I particularly like the interior of the door also being metal and not plastic.

My opinion of this dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installers told me nothing about Jet Dri. So the first time I used it the dishes are out wet! I'm not happy about the fact that you have to use that product in order for the dishes to dry properly. Other than that, there seems to be more than enough room to place all the dishes and silverware The exterior is quite attractive and it is very easy to turn on. The cycle is extremely quiet.

Amazing what a new machine can do

Will not last more than a year

I bought this dishwasher in November of 2023. It is now October 2025, and the wash pump has gone bad on this dishwasher for the second time. It went bad the first time in April of 2024. First set of whirlpool appliances and it will be my last. Google search of the model number will show forum after forum of people complaining of the same issue with the wash pump. This model has known issues, yet whirlpool continues to sell it.

Needed repair immediately after installation.

I called about it a few days later. They came out to fix and did not have the needed part. The parts needs to be ordered so i am still waiting over a week later. Ran the first load in it and everything ended up very wet because I am allergic to Jet Dry. I will try the extended dry option and see if that helps. but will not u...

Nice and Quiet

Fit less dishes in bottom reack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this dishwasher only 4 stars because the bottom rack is much smaller than my previous whirlpool. The increase in silverware holder was great but much to large. I have no other complaints about this dishwasher. Does the job.

Don’t like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cycles are much longer than our old dishwasher. It leaves a wet spot on the floor every time we empty it. A spot of what looks like rust showed up on the inside of the door after a few weeks of use, and after 4 months, the plastic pegs that hold the top rack in the track broke. With no service in the area, we are left to fix it and hope for reimbursement

Nothing but problems

I bought this just over a year ago and experienced an error code not listed in their service technician documents (2-1 code) making it very hard and time consuming to diagnose the issue. Ive had nothing but issues with this washer and now according to the technician the control board is bad. I now have to order a new board just out of warranty because the existing one is faulty. I will never buy another whirlpool appliances after having this issue along with issues with my whirlpool refrigerato...
