Would Not RecommendThe Lowes store in Gulfport did a 5 star job of communicating and scheduling. Delivery was quick, guys were great. Why 4 stars? 5 for Lowes, 3 for Whirlpool. Compared to the Quiet Partner model we had for several years, this new one feels very cheap and flimsy. I don't expect much from it. Controls are very hard to read without strong lighting. HORRENDOUS Customer Service from Whirlpool!!
Would Not RecommendI bought this and had it delivered by Whirlpool. From the very beginning, the delivery, things went wrong. I contacted the customer service phone #, spent over an hour to talk to a manage and the only resolution was for me to pay another delivery fee.
