Whirlpool washer/dryer review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Purchased a few weeks ago and seems to be working very well. Whirlpool is the leader of the pack when it comes to appliances in our home.

Quiet and flexible!!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Dryer works very well. Has flexible options for drying different loads. Only issue that occurs with larger loads is that the dryer will stop even though some of the items are still damp. This happens even when we set the options to "very dry". We work around this by removing the dry clothes and restarting the drying process.

Easy and great features

New dryer is broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer broke down after using it 3 times. The seller (Manny’s in Greenfield) sent a serviceman who listened to its hum without drum rotation and concluded it was a broken belt without looking under the hood. Belt was ordered, service returned and, after looking inside, decided that the belt was fine but it was a faulty motor. So now the motor will be ordered. Meanwhile it will be weeybefote we will be able to use it!🙁

Nice dryer. Not into Eco Mode.

I have to remember to shut it off each time I use it or the dryer cycle takes an extra hour. I have a family of 5 and we do several loads of laundry. I want my dryer done when my washer is done to keep the cycle going. If I forget to turn off eco mode when turning on the dryer the clothes are still damp when I'm ready to put the next load in. Worth the money

So many features!

Could be better

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Looks great and has a nice interface, but the moisture sensor isn’t great. We usually have to run a timed-dry cycle after the machine stops to make sure everything gets dried properly. Not ideal.

Panel went out within 2 weeks.

Lots of complaints on internet about poor design of this component. So far Whirlpool is dragging their feet to help us.

Good dryer

It is easy to use and we got it to match the washer that came with the house we bought. Usually the clothes are fully dry but that is after an hour cycle. I don’t like how the eco boost is 1.5 hr drying time. This is way too long
