After 18 months, nothing but issues!! We have had this serviced 3 times for different issues and now we are being told its the main board. We built a new house with all new appliances thinking that we wouldnt have issues but this washer is junk.

Great Washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for just over two years and has been great so far. I like that I can do large loads with ease. My favorite is the tumble fresh option, keeps folds from sitting around when I can't get to it right away. I would recommend this washer.

Good, and not so good

Used their service provider, he didn't replace the switch, just cleaned it. Two days later w clothes in the washer, same codes. They're only in our area on weds, so we had to wait again, then chg'd to Thurs, this time he replaced the switch. This is a part that they know goes out, documented that it goes out. Fix it! I get it, things break, but to ...

some different features than our other whirlpool

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) had to replace our eight year old whirlpool washing machine (same Model) I like it because it has a drain and spin cycle. The old one didn't have this feature.

A fine machine indeed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now, a year since purchasing this Whirlpool direct drive washing machine I can, with confidence, say that the decision to purchase it was a sound one. It seems to handle loads with much better balance and less shaking and vibration than the Duet that it replaced. The duet was a good one that lasted 10 years with a lot of hard use. Lets see how this one holds up. Since this is newer technology I did go ahead and purchase the extended warranty...

less than two years old and on repair #3

Will never buy a Whirlpool again. I purchased this machine in January 2018 and I am writing this review in September 2019. For the past two months, this machine has either a F03-E01 and/or Lo-FL error code. The store's repairman has come out 4 times and replaced 3 different parts. It still has the same error code. Now, I am waiting for a control board come in so they can replace that and see if that helps. They don't actually know what the problem is, they just replace different parts. Al...
