Disappointed

Bought end of January 2026. Worked fine for 1 week. Started turning off between 1 to 10 minutes. Oil light came one most of the time then off. Checked oil level, was fine. Only a week in and lots of issues. After messing with it for 2 weeks, put it in storage for couple months. Got it out again, did oil change. Now it starts and runs for 5 to 10 minutes, then turns off. I can start it again and it stays running. One time this week I checked it while it was running and the display showed F...

Great value for the cost

We have used it now for a couple weeks. It runs smoothly, a tad noisy but overall pretty efficient. We are not dissatisfied!

I just unboxed the unit, added oil and gas and it fired right up. Only slight issue so far is that one of the side cover plates is bowed out a little bit. Looks like one of the plastic pins is not catching it's female counterpart inside the machine. Other than that minor issue, it looks good and runs goods.

Fired up on the first pull and works. Seems like a well-engineered generator.

Received as a gift. After filling with oil & gas, it started on about the 7th pull, I expect that to get less after break-in. It's light enough to be easily carried to it's needed location. Can't speak to reliability or actual preformance as it's new.

It's a lot of "bang for the buck".

I must've watched about 100 reviews on various generators and this one got my attention. Withe Lowe's Veteran discount, I ended up getting for a great price ($449). I wanted an inverter generator because I wanted to be able to charge a 2400 watt Anker power station without damaging the sensitive electronics inside of it. I also wanted enough watts to power the basics during a power outage. I honestly didn't;think think that a huge generator was necessary because living in a populated area, we'...

I purchased this yesterday and haven't used it yet. Asking me to do a review immediately for the bonus promised as a gift for registering it is a bit odd. The insert with the generator doesn't say anything about that, so also a bit misleading.

Peace of mind during power outages

I bought this last month for emergency power supply and charging during local electric power outages. I haven't had to use it yet, but like the clean and compact design, clear instructions, and great features. It's reassuring to know that I'll be able to run my gas furnace electrical components, sump pump, refrigerator, lights, etc. during any extended outages. I can also use this to recharge battery power backups, phones, computers, etc.
