Never worked

Went to use it when the power failed and never worked ...spent over $1000 bucks and it is garbage

30-amp receptacle didn't work.

I purchased this unit in Aug 24. Had it stored until I needed it this spring May 26. The first time I tried to use it the generator started and ran but the 30-amp receptacle failed. Since it was out of labor warranty, I now have to spend money to get it fixed even though it's new never used.

Mobility, Dual Fuel, Easy Electric Start.

Came packed real good.

Went together real easy, the little things that came with made a big difference. oil funnel, charger, wheels, handle. Having duel fuel is the greatest, no storing gas a thirty and one twenty pound tank should work real well ( most of us have a twenty already). But time will tell.

It was as described. Very nice generator. Happy that we went with the dual.fuel genertor.

Saved us from freezing

I bought is during a multi-day power outage during winter storms. It worked great and was a lifesaver. Minimal assembly required and easy to start. I used it to recharge my Jackery 3KW power station which everything else was plugged into. I have only used gas so far, but will likely try the propane in the future.

Good initial quality.

Easy setup. Initial quality seems very good. I have Propane heat. Stove and hot water so this runs the whole house

Great Product

After researching what best suited my needs for both quality and capacity, the Westinghouse 7500DFc fit the bill. Once I got it home it was easy to set up and it works perfectly with my home transfer switch.

Handsome looking unit. Easy assembly. You might want to include the need for altitude [above 5,000 ft.] carb/regulator additional parts to get it to start in your pre-sale advertising.

The remote start control is a game changer.

This generator was very easy to set up and start - as advertised. It actually runs a lot quieter than I expected, which was a great plus.

Did not work from day one.....

From day one this generator is VERY hard to start and does not produce ANY power once it does start. I run it on propane. Westinghouse has sent me several parts to replace what they suspect the problems were, which I had to install myself, but none of them fixed the problems. Here it is nearly a year later, and it STILL does not work. I can't get a refund from Lowes because it has been too long since I purchased it. What a waste of money.
