I am going to be very happy with this generator

First, I should tell you that I'm a 74 year old woman who has never done anything like this before.But all by myself I got that generator out of the box and all set up and running on propan. It was amazingly straightforward and it fired up first time (of course I did all the steps like adding the oil Etc ) and is oh so quiet. That's why I got this one. 5000 watt dual fuel electric start generator

Easy to set up. Started right up on gasoline. Very impressed, didn't turn over but a few seconds. Surprisingly quiet. Anxious to put it to use this weekend.

Nice features and warranty

I decided to go with the Westinghouse because of the warranty and features. It's great having the option to also use propane. I look forward to putting this to the test and expect it to run reliably for years to come.

5000 EFI

Canadian user, haven't really put it to the test yet but overall fired right up on propane everything works as it should, hoping this is a good reliable generator for camping use.

I m really impressed with this iGen 5000 DFc inverter generator. It s incredibly quiet-hardly louder than a normal conversation-which is perfect for camping. It s light enough to carry with one hand and provide stable, clean power for my laptop and phone.

Easy to use and setup.

I just purchased the generator about a month ago. Happy so far. At this point we have only tested but seems very easy to use..

Great robust unit. Very dependable generator. I enjoy the display feature showing multiple options. It is heavy, wheels and telescoping handle make moving around convenient.

Great Out of the Box

Great generator. Out of the box ready and instructions were very clear to start for first time. Generator started easily and runs very quiet. Quality product.

Very Quiet and Compact

Just ran it for first time and it very quiet compared to other generators. Tested it with multiple items including a hair dryer. It easily fits along the wall of my garage for storage. I like the EFI feature since it has no carb & I had carb issues in my past with snow blowers.

So happy I purchased this. Simple setup and maintenance. Reliably starts. Perfect.

Excellent Generator

We had our first camping trip!! This generator was amazing and it is quite quiet for how powerful it is! My husband loved the remote control late at night. :) Excellent!!!

EFI is the answer

AWESOME PRODUCT. Love the dual fuel option and the no carburetor is perfect for a generator.

Great backup power!

Bought as another means of charging our Anker Solix systems and it works great. Gone through the break-in period and performed the first oil change. Everything has been great so far. Only tested with LP, but appreciate having the option of running gas if need be.

Initial start up

I purchased the unit yesterday and started it today. I have been testing loads to see the estimated remaining run time and other features. It has been running an hour, and I have been varying the load as recommended in the Break in Instructions. The only issue I see so far, is the unit came with the battery plugging in and it was dead, so I pull started it. I am hoping after running the unit the battery will take charge and be ok.

Sofar so good. I have about one hour on it. I would compare the loudness to a floor vacuum maybe a little quieter. I plan on using this with a diesel heater for my rooftop tent in the winter.
