Would RecommendThe Summit is great for grilling, roasting and smoking. I had difficulty adjusting the temp after using a 22" Weber Kettle Grill for over 40 years. Should come with two charcoal grates so you can always start the charcoal on the lower grate which is close to the propane flame

Excellent grill. Needs a one-piece grate option
Would RecommendI've had the Summit Charcoal for a year and a half and cook very regularly. It's an excellent grill and holds the heat very well. My only suggestion is that Weber offer a one-piece cooking surface. I regularly grill fish for a crown and the removable center tends to cause food to stick at the seams. I would love an option that has no removable center. Thanks Weber

Amazing grill
Would RecommendThis grill is amazing. I smoked a brisket, 12 hour cook and still had half the coals left over. It held a temperature of 250° the entire time. Also I like the fact that the coals are a little closer to the cooking grate for direct cooking. This is a life time grill.

Would RecommendThis was a surprise BD gift from family. Really enjoy this grill, there is ample storage, and a convenient work space. I appreciate the charcoal bin being right there--with an included scoop, so no more charcoal hands. The versatility of this grill is also impressive. So far we've done steaks/burgers, and I even made a pizza on a stone. Who wants to heat up their indoor oven to 700°? Using the Weber Gourmet BBQ system gives lots of convenient options also.
