Would Not RecommendI expected a type griddle that requires seasoning with oil before using. This griddle actually states not to put oil on it directly. The recommendation is to put oil on the food. So far it has worked OK, but I will have to get used to not squirting some oil on the griddle. the real test will be durability and performace with a lot of different applications.

Nice small griddle
Would RecommendWell made griddle fits perfectly in the right half of the Spirit grill. Worked great with cut small potatoes and asparagus, not so great with Beyond steak filet, maybe the steak pieces would've cooked better?

Half-size Griddle EP-325
Amazing quality but not large enough. Only covers half the grilling area and the grates provided with my new EP-325 do not fit while the griddle is installed. I expected the griddle to cover the entire area. Not the expected experience for a genuine Weber product.

Would RecommendI have a 20-year-old Genesis grill and I wanted to try the new griddle features without forfeiting it so I bought this insert. This is one heavy duty piece of metal! This is the top-notch griddle that works just fine for the two of us and I didn't have to buy a full size griddle or replace my trusty Genesis.
