Would Not RecommendThis grill has not even come close to the quality I’m used to from Weber. I had one issue under warranty that was very difficult to get resolved but soon after the unit went out of warranty, the issues kept compounding. Too long of a list to put here. Maybe I just have a bad unit but I would not recommend given the cost of the grill

3 months old hopper caught fire
Would Not RecommendI bought this 3 months ago and I regret it ever since. I'm beyond frustrated and lost all respect for weber which I held in very high regards in the past. now I have 3 month smoker in my backyard that is completely unusable. I just want hard working folks like me to know what they are getting into before the buy.

Decades long, good reputation ruined by this lemon
Would Not RecommendNothing but trouble from the get-go. The ignition system sucks. The shut-down procedure takes 15 minutes and cannot be circumvented, even when it doesn't light. Pellet hopper doesn't feed properly. The electronics ... probe ports failed first, then the WiFi. Less than 2 years old and I'm giving it away to whoever's willing to haul this thing off. My kids are still using the pellet grill it replaced.

Would Not RecommendPurchased Jul - 2023. 1st time owning a pellet grill and a weber and one at this price level- so was pretty excited - got a nice cover for it and some weather proof bins for the pellets. Worked great for the 1st 5 mos then started to have some heating issues. Fire would go out in the middle of grilling and had to do a shut down and try again.
