Great little spa!

Amazing spa for the price! Our electric bill has barely gone up which I was very surprised about. We honestly use almost every day, and or night. Amazing for the price!

Amazing hot tub it’s the 3rd one we have purchased from this company, quality is brilliant as is the delivery service…would not buy from anywhere else.

Nice small tub

Great tub for 2. Its shallow. I ddint like the cushion seats but thats because I have cushion below and I sit a bit out of the water. I wish it was deeper but everything works great. No issues, easy setup. Bubbles are nice too

Broken after a week

Used once then wouldn't heat up only owned a week now have to wait for wave to fix and send heater back not happy at all with price it cost should last longer then a week

Feel so good!

The setup took some time, but I haven't had any problems yet. I'm glad I chose the energy saving bundle. The foam mat feels good and the quilted cover keeps the water hot.

Simple pleasure

Easy setup, nice strong heat, and bubbles. Nice option to consider whether you plan on using daily or seasonally, or even every other year.

Amazing spas

I’ve had 2 Atlantic spas from wave over the last 5 years. The first one was great, we actually used it so much, best thing I bought. So in January we bought another one. The newer version. So far it’s been excellent. Easy to set up. We also received the chemicals to go with it. I can’t fault them at all. Wasn’t use. Instructions easy to follow. I highly recommend using wave for any spa accessories. Responsibly priced aswell.

Best decision

Here’s your added section, cleaned up and blended into your review: --- My husband is 6'5", I’m 5'7", and my daughter is 5'10". Even my 9-year-old son is already quite tall, so we are definitely a tall family with long legs. We can all sit in this hot tub, but realistically, it’s more comfortable for kids than for two adults and two kids. That said, this isn’t really a deciding factor for me. I actually prefer to use the hot tub alone, with a glass of wine and some nice music playing....

I’ve had other brands and so far, this is my favorite. I appreciate that the heater is built-in vs having to be attached on the outside. The “seat cushions” are nice but I would prefer them to be slightly fuller. It was extremely easy to put together. It feels very durable. The “bubbles” are nice and provide a gentle massage. Perfect for the space

Perfect for the space we have in garden and also plently of play area for the kids to enjoy the garden space / lawn too. We already have a thermal cover from old tub and it fits really well around it keeping it protected from waether condition when not in use

Pointless

You can’t control your tub when out of town this feature is stupid and pointless

Not what I expected at all!

The only thing this spa does good is heat up and stay hot with the extra cover. I’ve had it for 2 weeks at this point. The pump never turns off even when the heater is not running. It’s gone through 2 filters in 2 weeks and now won’t work until I replace them. I’m the only one using the spa for 30min a day. So zero reasons for the filters to need replaced. I’ve contacted wave so many time trying to figure out a situation and they were completely unhelpful. Just keep repeating themselves instead ...

Poor Product Quality and Support

My experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. The hot tub is currently unusable due to a defective GFCI power cord. The yellow TEST button on the GFCI is physically stuck, which prevents the RESET button from engaging. This is a mechanical failure of the GFCI itself, not a controller, heater, pump, or setup issue. Eventually support sent me a replacement part but they sent me the controller not the GFCI power cord. My online review will reflect my experience. Unbelivebaly frustratin...

Spa is lovely, enjoy relaxing. I find the black bottom weird but the seat padding in it is lovely.

Not Happy

Damaged goods on installation set up and lost 2 days trying to work with the Wave team to resolve, why?? Now waiting for full refund, why? It was a Xmas present for my children and they are not happy, why? Now looking at lazy Spa, why?

Two Weeks is all we got

If the filter motor was better this would be fine, BUT the filter started making an awful loud noise within two weeks. I read a bunch of reviews on Reddit and realized this is a common experience and I should have read those reviews before purchasing. It sucks that consumers can not just buy a product and expect it to be quality based on the fact that it is available. So much junk out there, and this falls directly in that category. Good value budget hot tub

A decent budget hot tub, so can't argue with the price Easy to set up and it is good quality Instructions in the box, slightly different to the video they sent out, but got it up and running fairly easily
