Easy installation, worked first try.

I thought the installation document was extremely detailed and helpful, and I had no issues installing it. The lock worked immediately and the app setup was easy. I love that it works with latch doors. This was the only latch lock I could find that I liked. I wish I was able to have multiple users with their own usernames for my wife and me. The app assumes one user. I would also like it to work with Ring but I understand that’s not necessarily easy.

I've had this lock for a few months now and it has been working perfectly. I haven't had any issues with it, it was easy to install, looks nice and has some great features. Great if you are away from home

Really cool how you can access with keypad and fingerprint- Best part is being able to give someone access remotely. Really like lock operates both with WiFi and Bluetooth.

Great lock. Easy to use.

Nice to have options. Fingerprints is amazing security feature. Also fact that code numbers change positions makes it impossible for someone to look over your shoulder if they’re hoping to mimic spots where you touched pad. Where you touch pad will always be different every time you use because number sequences are different and change.

Great features

I bought this lock one year ago and began experiencing issues. Since I’ve had the lock I’ve had no issues until now. I contacted Lockly and they have sent me a replacement. I’m not sure why it’s not working properly but after troubleshooting didn’t work, they sent me a new one. The camera is great quality and I can lock and unlock remotely. It also keeps a video log of when the lock is accessed.

Easy to Use, Great Warranty

I bought this a year ago and it was very simple to use via the app. The warranty is very good. We had a crack in the screen and Lockly is replacing the lock.

Awesome lock and features

I bought the Secure Pro deadbolt 2 years ago!! Been loving it ever since!! I bought 2 more locks for other homes I have. Really love the fingerprint feature!! Definitely recommend you go and buy one!
