Great tool but need info on how get it fixed

I ended up buying the 2.0 but my wife has comindeard it and I would like to get old one repaired

The first 40 foot drop, the battery popped off and snapped right back on with no cracks or damage, the second drop left all intact and no damage. I am seriously impressed with this switch driver 1.0. This is the best cordless drill I have ever owned I have had this drill for about 5 years the fact that you can have a drill bit and a screwdriver tip at the same time makes this drill worth every penny

Quick drill

Drill is easy to set up and use. Nice to have the two bits holder so you can switgh them out with two different bits. Handy tool.

Excellent tool

Easy to use system. Great for when a pilot hole is needed for a screw. Also great if you are following behind someone that used both straight and philips screws on a project you need to repair. Very easy to switch between the items with the squeezing of a button on the drill and driver.

Handiest Drill Ever

The units are well made, durable, having survived a few oops drops. Additionally the battery life is superior to several other drills including well known brands. I bought two, so always ready for multiple needs projects. I have recommended this drill to all my DYI buds and several have picked them up.

Excellent value

This has become my go to drill for all projects. The ability to switch chucks comes in very handy to both drill and drive with the same tool.

SwitchDriver- A Useful New Concept

This was the first I’ve ever seen allowing me to switch between drilling pilot holes and driving screws without stopping to change things each time. I did not realize it was designed specifically for hex bits, so I had to buy an adaptor chuck to accomodate my non-hex drill bits. Not a problem as they are inexpensive. I am glad I bought this…so much more powerful than all my other cordless screwdrivers.

Best drill known to woman, or man

I've been a doer yourselfer my entire life, learned from my dad. He was a jack of all trades and I'm a jill of all trades. My greatest find was the switch driver. It changed my life overnight, People ask me all the time, where did you get that, that is the coolest thing ever, I'm proud to say WORX. My first project was hanging roller shades in my sunroom. Convenient concept but torque not adjustable

I use this driver a lot but the torque adjustment dial has been useless. The torque limit seems to be stuck on drill only no matter which torque setting is used. Fortunately, I don't want to use that feature often but it would be nice if it worked.

great drill

I was looking light weight but powerful enough for my DIY projects and this definitely works well. Had a Milwaukee that was light, was great for many years but was developing problems. The WORX drill is perfect for my developing arthritis and I love that I can easily switch bits mid project.
