Would RecommendWe got this primer for a basement floor, we had painted part of the floor without primer and the turned out blotchy, so we decided to prime the rest of it. It went on smooth and seemed to give good coverage, but when we painted the paint didn’t seem to adhere to the primer well. It could be the paint but over all the floor without primer looks better than the floor with. I would purchase it again but not for concrete.
