Would Not RecommendThe fan is great, but the light panel will go out, and when it does, you cannot replace it. The light panel is proprietary. By the way, Utilitech is a Lowes-only brand, and you cannot get parts anywhere else. Oh, and by the way, you can not get them from Lowes either. If you buy it, plan on it being disposable and must be fully replaced at your cost.

Would RecommendBought over a year ago and had an electrician install. Light is a bit bright to me and the fan is a bit loud but it works to get the steam out. Have not noticed any improvement of less mold on walls above shower so it was actually a waste of money and time for me. Noticed today, over a year after install, that the chrome trim hada few rust spots on sides and bottom. Took down and there is quite a bit of rust on the inside of the trim. Should not have this issue so soon after install if at all...

Would Not RecommendNot quite. I purchased this fan for a bathroom remodel back in 2021. Recently, the light stopped working altogether. The fan works just fine, but the light doesnt work. It isnt a wiring issue because the light worked for over a year without issue, and i cant see any type of burnout. also goodluck contacting anyone about the warranty that comes with the light itself.

I am so happy about that, because I truly don't like overhead lights at all. Beautiful fixture but light is slow to turn on
Would Not RecommendI bought this fixture because it's the nicest looking light+fan I could find. Installing it was a challenge but not impossible. The fan is Very quiet- love that. But the light takes about 1/2-second to turn after flipping the switch. This may sound petty but as a elec. engineer, I know those LEDs should come on instantly. Even with safety circuitry built in, it should be faster. Just my 2 cents.

Loud doesn’t remove moisture
Would Not RecommendWe purchased this fan May of 2020, and had it installed by a professional electrician. We have been nothing but disappointed. It’s loud and doesn’t remove moisture properly for a 64 square foot bathroom. We literally have moisture running down our walls. I wouldn’t recommend.
