2nd Woods timer I have bought and has failed.

I purchased this Woods timer in the spring of 2025 and it quit working after 7 months. It was installed next to the house in a somewhat protected area, so exposure was not an issue. It still looks brand new but something quit on the inside. The light shows it is still receiving power, but no timer.

Cord is not 6'

I bought this because I had to have a longer 6'cord. It says it is online but its only 3'. I liked that it has the "dusk plus" hour setting format rather than the one I got which you have to set the actual time.

Mixed review

I had a similar model that lasted about 5 years, when it just stopped working. I decided to try another one because of its simplicity. Unfortunately the photoelectric eye does not seam to work properly on the new timer. After 5 days it’s only worked about 50% of the time. If I manually turn it on it works fine. I will be returning for a replacement.

Analog is best

For some things, you just can't beat analog. If you need to be able to control everything through an app, this is not for you. I found that these last much longer than the digital version. My last one was almost 15 years old. Works great!

Inaccurate Product info

Described as a 6 outlet analog timer. Item is actually a 3 outlet photocell timer. NOT what I purchased and NOT what I needed. Very frustrating.

This is not a 6-outlet. Has only 3 outlets. Others than that, its fine.
