LOWE'S DELIVERED WRONG PRODUCT

The Lowe's delivery consisted of a case of Armstrong ceiling tile and Lowe's, in their infinite wisdom, have a policy that the product has to be returned and the item ordered refunded. I spoke with representatives asking that they pick up the item and deliver my product only to be told that they cannot handle exchanges in this manner! This is NOT an exchange; it is delivery of the product I ordered!!!!
