Drains it all

I find it to robust in construction. I use it mainly to drain my above the ground pool when cleaning it out for the winter, or prepping for summer use. It drains almost everything out, just put it at the lowest point, and anything that can go in will be pumped out. Makes it all easy and speeds up the process. I expect years more life out if it. I do recommend it for those jobs which won't require a high GPM rate higher than the 30 for this unit.

This is the third pump I purchased. I bought the pump for me burt gave the first two pumps to neighbors. I initially bought the pump to use if I got heavy rain and flooding. I didn’t get any flooding but neighbors did. I gave one pump to my step-son. His basement started taking on water. He used the pump to keep the incoming water at a low level. What we liked most was the performance. We bought this when the basement was starting to flood and it handled the flowing water immediately.

Quiet, light duty pool pump.

Did what it said it should. Really like that I could attach standard garden hose to the outlet. Used it to pump out pool prior to cleaning and painting. The bottom intake got clogged with leaves and bugs but it was easy to remove and clean.

Overpriced cheap design.

Overpriced cheap design. Simple centrifugal impeller. Does not create any pressure. Stupid weep hole at the top for trapped air to escape spraying out water in all direction like a fountain. They realize it and lowered the price.

The product did exactly what I needed and was at a great price.

Overall good pump

Works as you would expect. Only thing that was an issue was the hose connection is close to the handle so attaching any hose with a thicker connector or little thumb handles is not going to work.
